Ho Sposato un Gigante

Manuela and Fabio have been married for 10 years and they have two beautiful kids: Giorgio (5) and Mattia (9). Fabio fell in love with her since the very beginning, going beyond her physical differences: Manuela suffers from Kneist syndrome, a form of dysplasia, which makes people refer to her as “a small person” – ultimately she has passed it to her eldest son Mattia. However, the height has never been a problem for both of them… as Fabio in not considered the real “giant” of the family!

Fiorenza Sarzanini, journalist of Corriere della Sera, recounts the story of Chiara Gambirasio: the journalist goes back over the whole incident using archive’s images, analyzing DNA thanks to RIS laboratory held in Parma, and interviewing scientific experts and witness. Sarzanini recreates the whole vicissitude, recreating a thorough investigation.

Reportage, international documentaries, shocking videos found on the web underline how much uncertain is the line between life and death.
